WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

I do not charge any additional fees for my services. There are no hidden costs. All potential charges will be clearly communicated prior to a signed agreement. On site consultation, measurement, fitting, basic alterations, and delivery are FREE!

IS THERE A DOWN PAYMENT?

I ask a half down deposit be provided prior to ordering the garments. This deposit is easily made on the day of the initial fitting. The remaining balance is due prior to alterations often made at the fitting.

MY WEDDING PARTY HAS A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT SIZED MEMBERS. WILL THAT BE A PROBLEM?

SUITED offers the same fabric, same color, and same style in slim, modern, and stout fits, enabling each person to get their ideal fit garment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A MEMBER OF THE WEDDING PARTY IS OUT OF STATE OR COUNTRY?

I will personally research a trusted tailor or menswear shop near your guest. I will email your guest a specific measurement card to be used at the measuring. After the fitting, I will confer measurements. I am able to provide quick tailoring for this person as long as prior notice is given.

WHAT IF I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SUCH AS A SPECIAL COLOR TIE OR SHOE (SUITED DOES NOT SELL SHOES) THAT IS NOT OFFERED BY SUITED?

SUITED is designed to serve you. If I do not have the specific item you are looking for, I will research alternatives that fit your budget, and email you links for you to complete your desired look.

DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?

SUITED does not offer rentals. Prices for garments often beat rental prices, and you get a new, specifically tailored garment to own and wear again and again.

WHAT IF SOMETHING DOESN'T FIT RIGHT?

I take great pride in my measurements, but people change weight and things happen. If something doesn't fit right prior to tailoring, I will order a new garment and arrange another fitting with that person at no additional charge.

HOW SOON SHOULD WE CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO OUR WEDDING DATE?

After measurements and ordering, garments take 5 to 7 business days to receive. After the fitting, tailoring is completed in 7 to 10 business days. I encourage a minimum of two months prior to the date to allow for everyone to meet for the measurement and fitting. Ideally, the fitting would be done one month prior to the wedding.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE SUITED OVER A NATIONWIDE RENTAL SERVICE?

There is no substitute for in-person service, and your supporting a local small business. You will work with me and only me throughout the entire process. You will receive a garment that is new, tailored exclusively for each person, in most cases you will pay less to own than you would to rent. All included services are provided to you at your location of choice saving you and your wedding party time and stress.
