WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

The collaboration, design, measuring, ordering, and finished tailoring are FREE! You only pay for the clothing you order.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER A CUSTOM ITEM?

SUITED offers the most quality custom garments for the price. However, we do sell non-custom clothing as well that surpasses the quality and price points you will find at other chain stores.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY GARMENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?

SUITED strives to provide exceptional service, measurement, and tailoring. We take the guesswork out of ordering by providing digital images of all made to measure garments. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will work with you to achieve your desired look. If you truly are not happy with our continued efforts, I will provide a full refund.

DO I HAVE TO BUY CLOTHES FROM YOU IF I BOOK A WARDROBE CONSULTATION?

While SUITED may offer suggestions to enhance your wardrobe, there will be no pressure or obligation to buy additional clothes from SUITED. Suggestions will be provided for other stores if I cannot fulfill your wardrobe needs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MADE TO MEASURE GARMENT?

Trinity Apparel ensures a 15 business day turn around for all made to measure apparel. In rare instances, it may take longer, but I will make sure to communicate any changes clearly.
